1. Who we are

This website (www.bringingtalentstolife.com) and the programs offered through it — including The Reset Accelerator Program and the upcoming BTTL MVP Program — are operated by Franklina Tawiah, sole proprietor, doing business as Bringing Talents to Life (BTTL), based in Ontario, Canada. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at bringingtalentstolife@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to evaluate your application, communicate with you, and deliver our programs. This may include: your name, email address, professional background and current role, voluntary information you share in your application or intake call (e.g. career goals, industry, situation), and Calendly booking details. If analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight) are enabled, we may also collect anonymised browsing data such as page views, device type, and approximate location.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to: review your application, schedule and deliver coaching sessions, send program-related communications, process payment when applicable, improve the program and the website, and — only with your explicit consent — share occasional updates about future programs. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with vetted service providers required to operate the program: Calendly (booking), our email service provider, Vercel (hosting), and payment processors when applicable. Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy obligations. We never share your information for marketing purposes outside BTTL.

5. How long we keep it

Application data is retained for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Program participant data is retained for the duration of your access (typically 12 months post-program) plus any period required by Canadian tax and record-keeping law.

6. Your rights under PIPEDA

Under Canadian federal privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, withdraw consent, and request deletion (subject to lawful retention requirements). To exercise any of these rights, email bringingtalentstolife@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies & tracking

This website uses minimal cookies for essential functionality. Optional analytics tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag) are loaded only if you accept them, and they collect anonymised usage data to help us understand how visitors find and use the site.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date below reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the website or by email if you are an active participant.
