47.9%cut specifically because of AI and workflow automation

The pattern is not slowing. Block cut 40% of its workforce in February. Amazon announced 16,000 cuts tied to its AI restructuring. BMO, Scotiabank, and the Bank of Canada have announced significant reductions in 2026. This is not a tech-only story. It is a white-collar story, and it is happening in North America right now.

The Reset Accelerator Program was built for three kinds of people.

01

The Quietly Anxious

You still have your job. But every restructuring memo, every AI announcement, every thinned-out team meeting makes you wonder how long your role will exist in its current form. You did everything right. You want to move before the move is made for you.

02

The Recently Disrupted

Your role was cut. Maybe last month, maybe last quarter. You are not broken, but you are tired of sending applications into the void and hearing nothing back. You do not need another resume template. You need a strategy built for this market, right now.

03

The Stuck Strategist

You are good at what you do, but you have outgrown the path you are on. You want to pivot, but you do not want to guess. You want a real decision framework — not a personality test — for where your skills will still matter in an AI-integrated economy.

The difference is not effort. It is intelligence.

The shift from reactive to strategic is not a personality trait. It is a framework. Here is what it looks like.

Where most professionals are right now

  • Watching AI announcements with a vague sense of dread, unsure what they mean for you specifically
  • Applying to roles without knowing if the role itself has a future
  • Upskilling reactively — attending webinars, adding tools to your resume, hoping something sticks
  • Cycling between directions without a framework to decide
  • Navigating the uncertainty alone, with no one who understands the real landscape
  • Making career decisions reactively, after the disruption — not before it

Where you will be after the Reset

  • Clear on which of your skills are AI-resistant and which are not — with evidence, not guesswork
  • Committed to one researched, specific career direction you can defend in any room
  • Building visibility and positioning before you need it — so you get called, not just considered
  • Making career decisions from strategy and intelligence, not fear
  • Able to explain your value in language that a hiring committee or a CEO will immediately recognise
  • Executing a 90-day plan with specific weekly actions — not just insight, but momentum

Inside the program

Five weeks. One direction. Built to be lived, not just learned.

The Reset Accelerator Program is a structured five-week cohort for mid-to-senior professionals. It is not a course you watch — it is a guided process you move through, with live coaching, a private community, and a materials library that stays with you for a year.

  1. The Career Reframe

Reset the narrative before you reset the strategy. Most professionals carry beliefs about their careers that were built for an era that no longer exists — beliefs about loyalty, hierarchy, value, and what makes someone safe in a corporate role. Week one strips those legacy stories down honestly and rebuilds your foundation around what is actually true in the current market. We work through the identity questions most coaching programs avoid — who you are when the title is removed, what you have actually been hired to do, and where the gap between your self-perception and your market reality sits. You leave week one with a foundation, not a feeling.

  2. Career Intelligence Audit

A structured, evidence-based review of your trajectory, your skills, and your real exposure against the actual direction of AI integration in your industry — not the headline version. Together we map the parts of your work that AI is genuinely commoditising, the parts AI cannot replicate, and the parts where you are uniquely positioned because of who you are and what you have lived. This is the kind of intelligence most professionals never get access to. By the end of this week, you can name your real leverage and your real risk in the same sentence — and stop reacting to noise.

  3. The Direction Decision

This is where the cycling stops. Using a framework grounded in organisational psychology, AI labour-market research, and lived experience inside the companies making restructuring decisions, you make one of three honest calls: deepen the path you are on, pivot to an adjacent function or industry, or change direction entirely. There is no fourth option called 'wait and see.' You leave this week with one direction — researched, defendable, committed — and the language to explain it in any room, from a hiring committee to a dinner party.

  4. Strategic Positioning & Visibility

Authentic positioning for senior professionals who do not perform for a living. We move past LinkedIn theatrics, hashtag strategies, and personal-brand clichés and focus on something more durable — the precise way you describe what you solve, for whom, and why you specifically. You learn how to be seen by the right people before you need them, and how executives genuinely make hiring and referral decisions in 2026. This is the week invisible professionals become referred ones.

  5. The 90-Day Execution Plan

You leave with a concrete, week-by-week plan tied to your specific direction. Not insight. Not inspiration. Action. This is the deliverable most professionals say they have never had — the calendar with the conversations, the calendar with the application targets, the calendar with the visibility moves. And because the plan is built around your live coaching access, your private community, and your materials library, it does not sit in a drawer. It gets executed with support.

What is included with The Reset Accelerator Program

  • Five live group coaching calls

One per week with Franklina — small cohort, working sessions, real questions, real answers. Not a webinar. A working room.

  • Private 1:1 strategy session

One direct session with Franklina, scheduled at the most useful inflection point of your reset — typically between Weeks 2 and 4.

  • Materials & resources library

Frameworks, scripts, templates, AI-resilient skill maps, positioning worksheets, and the artifacts you will actually use after the program ends.

  • Private cohort community

A small, vetted group of senior professionals navigating the same moment. The kind of room you cannot find on LinkedIn.

  • 12 months continued access

Community, library, and updates remain open to you for a full year after the program closes — because reset is a moment, but execution is a season.

  • Pre-program intake call

We begin before Week One. A short intake call ensures the program is calibrated to your specific situation from day one.

The story behind the work

I have lived the career I now help others build — including the parts no one prepares you for.

Franklina Tawiah, HR Senior Leader, People Transformation Consultant and founder of BTTL
Franklina Tawiah as a child in Canada — the first chapter.
Toronto, the first chapter — before Ghana, before the return.

I was born in Canada, raised in Ghana from the age of three with my family — where our roots are — and returned to Canada at eighteen, where I have built my life and career ever since. That return was the first reset I ever made. It taught me something I have never let go of: clarity is what makes movement work.

Bringing Talents to Life began the way most meaningful work does — quietly, almost by accident. Friends and family started sending me their resumes. I could see what they could not see in themselves. I had a real skill — coaching people on resume strategy, interview preparation, and personal brand positioning — and that skill was changing outcomes. In the same year I launched, while still working a full-time corporate role, I helped over 15 professionals secure roles they had told me felt out of reach. That is when BTTL stopped being a side project and became my work.

01

Career Acceleration

Back-to-back promotions — and what they actually require.

While building BTTL, I was also building my own career inside global and multinational HR transformations — and I was promoted four years in a row. That kind of acceleration does not happen by accident. I went on to complete my Master's in HR Management at York University, which reframed how I thought about business, work, and what makes a professional truly valuable.

The transition that taught me the most was moving from a generalist HR role into strategic People Management — a shift that demanded both career intelligence and leadership capability. I learned the rules the harder way. I navigated the politics, the positioning, the timing of when to speak and when to deliver. And I learned them well enough that, today, I know exactly how to teach them.

I want to teach you how to move from being a 'good worker' to becoming the Most Valued Professional — the one decisions move toward, not around.

02

Life After a Career Disruption

When the rules change — and you have to write your own.

There comes a moment in almost every senior career when no amount of intelligence, performance, or loyalty can protect you from forces outside your control — financial restructuring, AI integration, mergers and acquisitions, strategic reorganisation. I know this from the inside. After four consecutive years of promotion at a company I gave my best work to, the cycle came to a halt — and for the first time, I had to restrategize for myself.

Out of that moment came three things: a refreshed Bringing Talents to Life 2.0, my consultancy FT Consulting Partners, and continued leadership of a non-profit empowering Black youth for career success. None of it was planned. All of it was lived.

What I propose to you is not a retreat — it is a fresh start built on what you already know. Whether you intend to step back into the workforce or step forward as a founder, this is where you decide your next chapter from a place of strategy, not survival. We use what you already have — your lived experience, your real strengths, your trained instinct — and we build the direction that makes sense in the era of AI.

What past clients have said.

1 / 6

If the service ranking is from 0–10, I would like to say 12! I like my new resume. All your re-edits are more powerful and clearly worded. I didn't realize how important it was to list certain things under my accounting experience. Excellent job, like nothing I've received before.

Clients have gone on to secure roles in financial services, municipal government, social services, construction management, and technology — across Canada, the US, and internationally.

The investment.

Most corporate professionals will spend more on a single vacation this year than they will on their own long-term career intelligence. One is a few days of temporary reset. The other is the difference between the next ten years of your career being something you chose or something that happened to you.

Clarity is the rarest outcome in the current market. Everyone has access to career content. Almost no one has access to a structured process for making the right decision — one that accounts for who you are, where AI is going, and what the market actually rewards right now. That is what The Reset Accelerator Program delivers.

The BTTL MVP Program

For professionals who are still in the role, still climbing — and want to become the Most Valued Professional in the room, not the most replaceable.

A three-week intensive on career intelligence and the workplace influence skills no one teaches in HR onboarding. Built for high-performers who have outgrown 'just work hard' as a strategy and want to learn how leadership decisions actually get made — and how to be the person those decisions move toward.

3 weeks intensive

Built for

Mid-level to senior professionals currently employed, eyeing the next promotion, lateral move, or strategic role — and unwilling to leave it to chance.

Questions worth asking.

The program is designed for working professionals. Expect to invest roughly four to six hours per week — structured live sessions plus the thinking and reflection work between them. Most participants find that the clarity they build early in the program makes everything else more efficient, not less.

No. Roughly half of each cohort still has their current role. The program is for anyone who wants to make a deliberate career decision — whether that decision is urgent because of a disruption, or strategic because you want to move before you are moved. The professionals who benefit most are the ones who act before the situation forces their hand.

Yes — and this is important. The disruption is not a tech story. Every major Canadian bank, most large professional services firms, and a growing number of government and public sector organisations are restructuring around AI integration. The frameworks in this program are built for white-collar professionals across industries: finance, HR, marketing, operations, consulting, communications, and beyond.

Especially if you are senior. Research published in 2026 projects that AI will eliminate more than 50% of current middle management positions as organisations flatten their hierarchies. Seniority is not automatic protection — in some cases it makes you a higher-cost target. The program is specifically designed to work at the complexity level that senior professionals actually face, including the harder questions around identity, positioning, and what comes next.

Most career coaches help you execute better on a direction you have already chosen — polishing your resume, preparing for interviews, optimising your LinkedIn. This program works upstream of all of that. We establish the direction first, using a structured framework grounded in organisational intelligence, AI labour market research, and Franklina's direct experience inside the organisations making these decisions. The execution support comes after the strategic clarity — not before it.

Each participant receives a private 1:1 strategy session with Franklina, full access to the materials and resources library, a vetted private cohort community of senior professionals, a pre-program intake call, and continued access to the community and library for 12 months after the program ends.

Full refund terms are provided before any payment is processed. As a general principle: if you complete Week One and determine the program is not right for you, we will refund your investment in full. Detailed cancellation and refund terms are disclosed on the application and enrolment page. This program is offered to Canadian residents and complies with Ontario Consumer Protection Act requirements.

The next five years of your career are being decided right now. Be the one deciding.
