1. The 10-day cooling-off right

Under section 28 of the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, you may cancel your enrolment without reason within ten (10) calendar days of signing your enrolment agreement and receiving a written copy of it. To exercise this right, email bringingtalentstolife@gmail.com with your name and a request to cancel. A full refund will be issued within fifteen (15) days of receipt.

2. The Week-One Satisfaction Guarantee

If you complete Week One of The Reset Accelerator Program in full and determine that the program is not right for you, you may request a full refund of your investment within seven (7) calendar days of the Week One session, provided you have completed the assigned Week One work. Email bringingtalentstolife@gmail.com to request this refund. Approved refunds are issued within fifteen (15) business days.

3. After Week One

Once Week Two materials or sessions have been delivered, the program is considered substantially performed and refunds are no longer available, except as required by Ontario law. We make this commitment clear because the program is designed as a structured arc — early withdrawal disrupts the cohort and the materials cannot be 'returned' once delivered.

4. Payment plan considerations

If you are on an approved payment plan and become eligible for a refund under sections 1 or 2 above, you will receive back any amount paid to date, and any future scheduled payments will be cancelled. Refunds do not apply retroactively to amounts already disbursed under section 3.

5. Cancellation by BTTL

If a cohort is cancelled or rescheduled by BTTL for reasons other than your conduct, you will be offered (a) a seat in the next available cohort or (b) a full refund of amounts paid, at your choice.

6. How to request a refund

Email bringingtalentstolife@gmail.com with the subject line 'Refund Request' and include your full name and the date of your enrolment. We will respond within five (5) business days and process approved refunds within fifteen (15) business days to the original payment method.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, or any other applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
