1. About BTTL

BTTL is operated by Franklina Tawiah as a sole proprietorship in the Province of Ontario, Canada. References to 'we,' 'us,' or 'BTTL' refer to this business. References to 'you' refer to the visitor, applicant, or participant.

2. The programs

BTTL offers structured coaching programs designed for mid-to-senior professionals. The Reset Accelerator Program is a five-week guided cohort program including live group coaching, a private 1:1 strategy session, a private community, and a materials library. Program details, schedule, and inclusions are disclosed during the application process. BTTL reserves the right to refine program structure between cohorts to maintain quality.

3. Application & enrolment

Participation is by application only. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. BTTL reserves the right to decline any applicant whose situation, intent, or fit is not aligned with the program. Once accepted, your seat is confirmed upon receipt of payment (or first instalment, if a payment plan is offered).

4. Investment & payment

Program investment is disclosed during the application process. Payment terms — including any instalment options — are confirmed in your enrolment agreement. All amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Late or missed payments may result in suspended access until resolved.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy posted on this site and the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002. See the Refund Policy page for full details.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate information in your application, attend live sessions to the best of your ability, engage respectfully with Franklina and other participants, and treat materials shared in the program as confidential and for your own use. The program works only when you do.

7. Intellectual property

All program materials, frameworks, recordings, templates, and written content are the intellectual property of Franklina Tawiah and Bringing Talents to Life. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own career development. You may not redistribute, resell, repurpose, or publish program content without prior written permission.

8. Confidentiality

What is shared inside the cohort stays inside the cohort. Participants agree not to disclose the personal stories, identities, or career situations of other participants outside the program. This rule is taken seriously and is grounds for removal without refund.

9. Outcomes & disclaimers

BTTL provides career strategy coaching and structured guidance. Career outcomes vary based on individual engagement, industry conditions, market timing, and factors beyond our control. BTTL does not guarantee employment, salary increase, promotion, or any specific outcome. The program is not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, BTTL's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of this site or participation in any program shall not exceed the amount you paid to BTTL in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. BTTL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

BTTL may suspend or terminate your access to a program for material breach of these terms, including non-payment, harassment of other participants, or breach of confidentiality. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
